Marketplace rules can change independently of Reseller.AI.

5. AI-generated listings

AI-generated titles, descriptions and other listing content should be reviewed by the user before publication.

The user is responsible for ensuring that the final listing is:

• Truthful
• Legally compliant
• Consistent with the actual product
• Compliant with the relevant marketplace's rules

6. Product authenticity

Reseller.AI does not authenticate physical products unless a specific future feature explicitly states otherwise.

An AI analysis or product scan must NOT be treated as proof that a product is genuine or authentic.

Users are responsible for verifying authenticity themselves.

7. Taxes and legal compliance

Reseller.AI is not a tax advisor, accountant, lawyer or financial advisor.

Information relating to profit, costs, taxes, pricing or business activity is provided as a software tool and should not be considered professional legal, tax, accounting or financial advice.
