Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use Reseller.AI.
1. The service
Reseller.AI is a software tool that helps second-hand resellers analyse products, estimate prices, calculate profit and write marketplace listings. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can stop using the service and close your account at any time.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use Reseller.AI to break the law, infringe others' rights, sell counterfeit goods, create misleading listings, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
4. AI-generated content
AI output is an estimate or suggestion only and may be wrong. Review everything before relying on it. See Important Information for details.
5. Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment provider and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel from Settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. Statutory withdrawal and refund rights under applicable law are not affected.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of the photos and data you upload. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you.
7. Liability
The service is provided as a tool, and we do not guarantee specific results. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits arising from your buying or selling decisions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your mandatory consumer rights.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. If important information changes, you will be asked to review and accept the new version before continuing to use the app.
